The criminal system in Australia has baked into it the Judeo-Christian world view that is shared by the Western world that build God’s laws into our laws and so has greatly benefited us as a nation.
Just because someone comes up with an ideology or world view to create an environment that supports the violation of such things as the sanctity of all life or the unalienable rights of personal property ownership; it doesn’t make it right or gives them a free pass to do so.
We live by the rule of law which are internationally accepted standards. You can refer to its definition at Rule of Law defined by World Justice Project. No individual or organisation should ever be exempt from experiencing the full weight of the law.

I fully believe that any person or organisation that perpetrates any crime should face the full weight of the law and to this day I believe it’s a violation that Anne and her minions never were caused to give a public accounting society after running roughshod over all the accepted social checks and balances to get their own way.
I believe Anne should have faced a court of law for what she’s alleged to have done and received jail time. Australia’s criminal system is designed to satisfy four main roles that I fully believe are based upon what we see in God’s written word, The Bible.
Prisons have four major purposes. These purposes are retribution, incapacitation, deterrence and rehabilitation.
Anne missed out on Retribution on this side of eternity. The word of God tells us that all will face the judgment throne of God and give an account for what we have done. As we are told in Hebrews 10:31 AMP “It is a fearful and terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God [incurring His judgment and wrath].” I’m very confident that ‘the books haven’t been balanced yet’.
With the public notoriety and facing the court of Victoria in 1994 as well as having her passport removed from her; she was incapacitated. She no longer was able to recruit new people and so her influence and ability to continue to damage new ‘victims’ was arrested.
It is up to the ‘survivors’ with the book ‘Unseen, Unheard, Unknown and the documentary like ‘The Family’ to expose what happened and provide the appropriate warnings to people on how to avoid being indoctrinated by so called experts that seem to have your best interests at heart but prove to be a charlatan.
Finally, Anne is totally incapable of rehabilitation. She is fully convinced she is the reincarnation of Jesus Christ shining a light and guiding people along the path to enlightenment. She is incapable of recognising what she did was wrong and having a change of heart and life that shows she would never do this again. Incarceration which always has the hope of rehabilitation and the restoration of a person to being a contributing member of society something that is beyond Anne as she lives in the shadow lands of dementia.
No amount of jail time would have had any redemptive benefit on her or any or her die hard followers.
